Clearer professional applications

Professional applications now show a profile preview alongside the form. Practice details are split into domains and positioning, with clearer ranges for experience and availability.

Fixes

• Submission failures are shown in the form instead of failing silently.
• Upload errors are visible, and submission waits for an upload already in progress.
• Drafts are separated by the signed-in email address.
• Applicants can see the email they are using and switch accounts from the application.
