Sign-in and live updates

Sign-in now checks whether setup is complete before choosing where to send you. Accounts that still need onboarding return to the project-start flow.

Fixed reused realtime subscription names that could interfere with updates across open views. Credit subscriptions also stay stable as authentication state changes.
